There are many days to day activities that help the human body to burn their calories. Like using bicycles for going to work in place of driving cars. Going for long walks with a friend or walking the respective pets.
Exercise includes activities such as swimming, taking a routined walk, stretching and strength training. The best health benefits are gained from the combination of physical activity and exercise every day.
Always aim for having a good 30 to 60 minutes of exercise or physical workout for as possible in a week. Physical activity is most useful when it’s intensity manages to increase the human heart rate.
Focus on moderate- and vigorous-intensity activities, such as washing the car, mowing the lawn with a push mower or a daily 25 km biking.
Choose activities that are enjoyable and can be regularly done. Performing a daily heavy activity one is gaining the health benefits of physical activity.

If one is traveling, make sure to cover distance while walking and do carry a lot of fluids. Joining martial art classes. Karate includes a lot of physical movements. Yoga includes a lot of postures that are good for muscle movements.
If one manages to follow these steps in their everyday lives, they can remain fit without having to go out of their usual ways to stay fit.
